Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has nice, clean rooms with ample USB ports for charging, which I appreciated, although they face the highway and can be noisy. The rooms are noticeably old with random damage throughout.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were updated and clean, making my stay pleasant, but unfortunately, water came in from the outside windows, soaking my suitcase. The service was very helpful and pleasant, though there were instances of staff entering rooms without knocking. The location was convenient for my needs, close to Syracuse University, but the road noise was quite loud. The dining options were satisfactory, with a simple buffet, but limited choices available. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I have to say, this hotel really surprised me. The location is superb and close to major highways, Harmony Square, nightlife, and great restaurants. I couldn't ask for more in terms of convenience. The rooms, while having comfy double beds, could use a bit of an update, especially the tiny bathroom that required some agility. Despite this, our stay was quite pleasant overall. The service was a mixed bag - friendly staff but lacking in attentiveness, and the dining experience left something to be desired with pricey, unimpressive meals. However, the facilities were decent, and if you're here for education at Upstate, this is the perfect spot.
The hotel offers modern and beautiful rooms, perfect for a church conference. While the onsite restaurant is great, breakfast is not included. The only downside was not having a room that didn't face the highway.
